Roofing Contractor & Insurance Claim Specialists in Cleveland, TN

"Michael came to inspect my roof and gave me honest, straight forward answers to the questions I was asking. Highly recommend giving them a call."

"Premiere came by and gave me a free quote on all new windows for the house with a wonderful warranty package. They helped me speed the process along with the financials and it was easy to coordinate the install process. The install team was efficient and quickly got all the windows replaced and even did some custom decorative siding under my front windows for me to really help brighten up the front entry. Everyone in the process has double checked to make sure everything was done right and to my satisfaction. I'm so excited to finally have new clean windows that are easy to clean and operate."

"They did an excellent job with our roof and windows. We had a little hiccup with the windows but they got it fixed and everything looks great."

"Excellent roofing service! The job was done rapidly after signing the contract. The process was completely done in one day. Clean up after was exceptional - much more than would have been expected. Highly recommend this company."

"** Just realized this is listed under their roofing division, they installed new windows for me, not a roof, sorry, I’m an idiot I guess !! ** Fantastic company to deal with, replaced my old worn out windows with new energy efficient ones that look great on my house, Michael, the salesman was wonderful to work with, took his time explaining the benefits of their windows and gave me a timeline on when to expect them ready to be installed, he was never pushy or hard to deal with, then came the moment of truth, the all important “ how much” ? lol, when he told me I literally said, excuse me, say that again please ? He repeated the amount, and I automatically said write it up and let me pay a deposit before you change your mind or catch your mistake. lol I’m completely being honest, I had gotten another estimate the week before from a home improvement store, wink wink, they were $4k more !! Same features on windows. The installation crew are great also, did a fantastic job, went out of their way to make sure I was well pleased and cleaned up after theirselves. If you are in the market for new windows, I highly recommend checking with Premier Windows of Chattanooga and ask for Michael Hartgraves."

I will definitely keep them in mind for any future roofing needs."

"I got quotes from several companies and did my research and Premier Roofing was the lowest quote and had solid ratings and reviews. The installation team was outstanding. The crew arrived right at 8 in the morning and didn’t leave until the job was completely finished at 8:30 that night. They worked hard all day, cleaned up meticulously, and left everything in great shape. I had been concerned about noise, but the equipment they used was surprisingly quiet. On top of that, every person I interacted with was polite, professional, and respectful. Finally, the owner of the company went above and beyond to ensure that I had all the information and samples I needed to make an informed decision and kept me informed throughout the process. "These guys did a great job replacing my roof as well as repairing storm damage. I was very impressed with their attention to detail and frequent updates of the job. The work was great and very affordable I would highly recommend this company; and plan to use them again soon for some other repairs."

"I have an amazing story to tell. I sincerely hope people will believe me as it is truly amazing. Things like this just doesn't seem to happen in the real world these days.. The owner of this company is unique. Such as an era gone by. I had this company install a roof for me 3 years ago. Recently, I noticed damage to the ceilings in several rooms. I had companies come out to look and it was because the roof had been leaking. Long story short, I would have to have a new roof put on. I was livid. I had already spent thousands putting the roof on 3yrs ago. After realizing how much the repairs and the roof would be I contacted the owner of this company and I was not the most pleasant person to deal with as you can imagine. However, I was pleasantly surprised! He just wanted to know what he could do. Could he fix everything for me or pay someone to do it for me or just whatever I needed to just let him know and it would be done. I was speechless. This never happens. He called me early Monday morning came to my house and fixed all of the issues then and there. No more worries for me. I can not stress enough how taken aback I was by this man's honesty and his desire for the integrity of his business to shine thru. He paid out of his own pocket to fix all of the damage caused from the 3yr old roof. Although reading this you may not think so but I am still speechless. I am so grateful to a man whose company means so much to him that he is willing to go to the extreme for his customers. Seeing his drive and to the extreme he is willing to go to to make his customers happy I can NOT stress enough this is the company to use. You can trust him. Which is a rare thing to say these days. Sir, thank you again for all you did. I am so grateful and what a burden you lifted off of my shoulders. Just know I am extremely grateful. And you can give my number to ANYONE who doubts this review."

"We can not say enough good things about premiere roofing! Very polite and professional on the phone and in person. quick to answer the phone and to call us back. They were prompt for the inspection and when they came to do the job. We only had to wait one week from our quote to new roof! Were finished when they said they’d be and did and excellent job with clean up as well! No surprise charges. Best quote and professionalism out of all 3 companies we called for quotes. Very very happy with our new roof and will most definitely refer everyone we know to go through them for their roofing needs!"

"They were amazing! My roof was in poor repair and they fixed it quickly, without hassles, and our roof now looks amazing for half the price of the other people I called! I have recommended them to all my family members."

"I had damage from the Easter tornado April 2020, Michael was recommended to me, so I called to set up an appointment for an estimate, Michael came the next day on time. He went over with me the roof damage & gave me an estimate. I was impressed that it was not only for the roof, but also for a gutter, facia & soffit repair. I was at work when they came to put the new roof on, when I got home, everything was cleaned up and I couldn’t even tell they had been here, except I had a beautiful new roof. Thank you Michael, you have an awesome, professional crew, I will highly recommended you to others"

"Prompt and on time when the service was scheduled would do business with again."

"Scott Amburgy, the owner, was very responsive to my request for an estimate. Michael came to the house, was very knowledgeable about the different types of roofs that Premiere offers, provided a fair quote and was very patient and thorough in response to my questions. I also had siding replaced. Scott’s team was on-time, hard-working, friendly, and did excellent work. I highly recommend Premiere Roofing!"

"Great company to work with. They are professional, they arrive when they say they'll arrive, and they do excellent work. They were also able to come quickly after some storm and wind damage. We've benefitted from their services twice and highly recommend Premiere Roofing."

"We only wanted them to come out and see if our church needed a new roof. They found hail damage that we didn’t know we had. Also when they were pulling shingles off the steeple they found rotten wood and layers of shingles from previous jobs, they didn’t hesitate to call and let us know what we were facing. Michael and his team did a fine job. We are very pleased with our new roof."

"Premiere Roofing Services went way above and beyond expectations. They quickly and professionally repaired the metal roof that someone else improperly installed, on time and on budget. Then, when the roof developed a leak which had nothing to do with their work, they fixed it on a Sunday and with very short notice. Awesome!"

"Easter 2020 we had bad storms/tornados here in the Chattanooga area, we were blessed and only had minor damages compared to many homes. I called multiple roofers for estimates. Some roofers wanted a 50 dollar inspection fee (scam), and others said they would come out, (NO SHOWS), one other roof came and never would give me a quote in writing. Scott from Premiere Roofing was on time (Actually called to see if he could arrive earlier), did the inspection. Offered and recommended he would be here when the pre-adjuster would come from the insurance company. (this was my first claim ever) Scott got on the roof with the pre-adjuster to assist in pointing out the wind and hail damage. Shortly after that call from the adjuster wanting to “buy” half the roof. Scott was always available to take my calls/texts as needed to assist as much as he could, after years of roofing experience and previous experience as an adjuster his “eyes” saw wind/hail damage on the whole roof. Scott talked with the adjuster and came back out to take more detailed pictures of the damage and send to the adjuster. After this the adjuster called me back and offered to “buy” the whole roof. Then after that Scott promptly brought by the physical shingle color samples for our family to pick out. (so if you had been counting Scott has been out to our house 4 times now). Scott did not make me sign a contract on the first visit like the other roofers did, after picking out the color I signed off on the online quote he provided via email (PDF you sign via your smart phone or computer), seeing a roofer use technology to help the customer and the efficacy of his business is a breath of fresh air. Now to the actual day of roofing, the shingles and roofers showed up at 7:00 AM Monday morning and put in a good 11.5-hour day. They had the old roof/sheeting removed in 2 hours flat. They even brought in a piece of plywood in case my decking needed a piece replaced (forward thinking just in case), my decking was in great shape and it was not needed, but great to have something and not need, then need it and not have it. The crew was very friendly and professional, they swept the yard multiple, multiple times for roofing nails and debris. They used tarps to “catch” most all the roofing material to lessen the chance of nails in the yard. Also they put in correct ridge vents where my original ones were little short of the required length. (Most roofers in my experience don’t even try in my experience). I think working with any contractor a key piece for me is communication, and doing what you say you would, when you said you would do it. Scott and premiere roofing delivered on this and the roof is looking great. We had multiple questions though the process of shingle/metal, shingle brand, warranty, Scott with his roofing knowledge had good answers and was a “straight shooter”. I would not hesitate to call Premiere Roofing and let them provide your family or business a good quality roof and a competitive price. I hardly ever leave any reviews, but I felt strongly enough about this to leave one and I hope it helps you and your family. Thanks"

"They gave us the best quote. Showed up on time and clean up every little piece shingle. Gave us a credit on used materials. We will use them again and recommend."

"Scott came out, gave us a fair estimate and answered all the questions I could come up with. They were a little backlogged because of all the rain we have had but they came out and got us fixed up. We will also be using them for the gutter when we replace them. Thanks for the help Scott!"

"They contacted me back the same day I called. Came out the following day, and had the quote ready that evening. They weren’t the cheapest but fair and no where near the highest. The quote was typed, easy to read, they answered any questions. They stayed in contact while I was getting other quotes and were patient and not pushy. They came out and my roof done in between major rain storms and made sure they kept me inform. Excellent workmanship, they put in a full day, got my old roof remove and replaced, sealed up and came out after the rain to finish a few details. In my opinion this is the best company for roofing. They didn’t do a bunch of extras unnecessary work that other companies tell you need to have a beautiful, functional and quality roof."

"Michael wonderful guy to work with. The crew was here 7 am even frost on roof did not faze them. Done in one day."

"We are so pleased with the job Scott and his team did on our roof. Quick turnaround and all the neighbors are jealous of our beautiful roof! The workers were very clean as well. No trash left behind. Highly recommend!"

"A really quick turnaround and excellent work. I haven't found any nails in the yard either, that is great attention to detail."

"Premier is top notch , highly recommended they do great work , very professional and personablble"

"When we wanted to have our front deck covered and screened in, we made the mistake of having a pair of handymen do the job, rather than a construction contractor. They did a pretty good job of building the additional roof, enclosing the deck, and installing screens, but they didn't lay the new shingles properly to ensure that they wouldn't leak. When we had heavy rain, there were drips and runnels of water coming out of the eaves under the new roof section. Michael Hartgraves from Premiere Roofing Services came out right at the appointed time, and quickly identified the problem. He determined what was needed to repair the roof, and emailed me an estimate on the spot. It required tearing off the existing shingles, putting down underlayment, including waterproof membrane along the valleys where the two sections of roof joined, then laying new shingles from the peak to the front of the house. We were so well impressed with his professionalism that we canceled an appointment with another roofer to evaluate our problem. The next week, Michael's crew came right at the appointed time and did the whole job in half a day. They brought a large high sided trailer to haul off the removed materials, and left no debris behind. We've had some heavy rain storms since then, and there were no leaks at all. Premiere Roofing Services is a very professional and reliable company. I highly recommend them for any roofing need."

"We developed a small roof leak after a storm. Michael came out and did an evaluation of the roof and extent of the issue. He was communicative, professional and thorough in his evaluation of the roof age and condition. He is a professional in every sense of the word."

"Premiere Roofing is a small town roofing contractor with a big ability to do it right the first time. My roof was a 14 year old 3-tab shingle roof. I contacted my insurance company (USAA) who promptly sent out an adjuster to quote the job. Once I had the quote in hand, of the six area roofing contractors I contacted, Premiere not only offered the best price, but was the most thorough and was able to promptly answer any and all questions I have. On the day of the job, a seven man crew was at my house at just before 8 am and they stayed until around 6 pm. The entire old roof was removed down to the plywood, and a brand new, architectural shingle roof system was installed. The crew was extremely efficient, professional, and most of all, clean. After the entire job, I have yet to find any remnants of the old roof or leftover debris from the job. A final inspection was performed today, and as expected, it was a job very well done. The entire experience from start to finish has been very positive, and from the time I contacted USAA to inquire about a new roof to the time of the final inspection of the completed roof, it has been less than two months (and any delays were due to my own personal schedule). For anyone looking for a residential roof job for a great price, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and a flexible time frame, I strongly recommend Premiere Roofing Services."

Also gave a military discount!"

"I found this company through google review. Monday I called to see when they could look at roof. Sky was very nice while discussing schedule.Tuesday Michael came. He was kind, informative, helped me understand things well, and the cost was half the price I was quoted by others! He told me he would contact me soon. He called me the next day to say they were getting the job done that day! I had to get 6 flashings replaced. I really just needed one but I had already decided to get all addressed. Michael was not once pushy about trying to sale me more than needed. Not even about when to get payment. I'm thankful and blessed there are folks out there that help like him and his team. They do as good a job as anyone else and don't charge you ridiculous amount. Thank yall so much! God bless yall!"
