Premiere Roofing did an excellent job. He came out right away to give me a quote and tarp my roof the next day. Even after I told them, that I was still getting quotes. He told me that he did not want any additional damages that he was tarping it for free. The roof installers were polite and pick up all the mess. I highly recommend them.
The two workers examined roof tiles where we had agreed needed replacement, then replaced them perfectly. Best to me, they went over the entire roof, taking down leaves, examining tiles, leaving us confident the roof was in great shape. Finally, they left the area below immaculate.

Our experience with this awesome Team was fantastic. A tree fell on our house. We called 6 roofing co.panies for quotes. The fastest to reply was Premier, the only detailed quote was Premier. The only promised set of completion dates was Premier. All work was done quickly, quietly and on time and cleaned up completely. We can't even tell there was a repair except that our gutters are now perfect! Use these guys or regret your choices.
My husband and I had never filed a claim with insurance before and as first time homeowners we were lost! But Scott took care of us and his team had the roof done fast and beautiful! We loved that he was responsive and we never felt like we weren’t sure what to expect cause he gave us clear expectations and fulfilled them all! Also they cleaned up so well! These guys did a great job replacing my roof as well as repairing storm damage. I was very impressed with their attention to detail and frequent updates of the job. The work was great and very affordable I would highly recommend this company; and plan to use them again soon for some other repairs.

I have an amazing story to tell. I sincerely hope people will believe me as it is truly amazing. Things like this just doesn't seem to happen in the real world these days.. The owner of this company is unique. Such as an era gone by. I had this company install a roof for me 3 years ago. Recently, I noticed damage to the ceilings in several rooms. I had companies come out to look and it was because the roof had been leaking. Long story short, I would have to have a new roof put on. I was livid. I had already spent thousands putting the roof on 3yrs ago. After realizing how much the repairs and the roof would be I contacted the owner of this company and I was not the most pleasant person to deal with as you can imagine. However, I was pleasantly surprised! He just wanted to know what he could do. Could he fix everything for me or pay someone to do it for me or just whatever I needed to just let him know and it would be done. I was speechless. This never happens. He called me early Monday morning came to my house and fixed all of the issues then and there. No more worries for me. I can not stress enough how taken aback I was by this man's honesty and his desire for the integrity of his business to shine thru. He paid out of his own pocket to fix all of the damage caused from the 3yr old roof. Although reading this you may not think so but I am still speechless. I am so grateful to a man whose company means so much to him that he is willing to go to the extreme for his customers. Seeing his drive and to the extreme he is willing to go to to make his customers happy I can NOT stress enough this is the company to use. You can trust him. Which is a rare thing to say these days. Sir, thank you again for all you did. I am so grateful and what a burden you lifted off of my shoulders. Just know I am extremely grateful. We can not say enough good things about premiere roofing! Very polite and professional on the phone and in person. quick to answer the phone and to call us back. They were prompt for the inspection and when they came to do the job. We only had to wait one week from our quote to new roof! Were finished when they said they’d be and did and excellent job with clean up as well! No surprise charges. Best quote and professionalism out of all 3 companies we called for quotes. Very very happy with our new roof and will most definitely refer everyone we know to go through them for their roofing needs!

I had damage from the Easter tornado April 2020, Michael was recommended to me, so I called to set up an appointment for an estimate, Michael came the next day on time. He went over with me the roof damage & gave me an estimate. I was impressed that it was not only for the roof, but also for a gutter, facia & soffit repair. I was at work when they came to put the new roof on, when I got home, everything was cleaned up and I couldn’t even tell they had been here, except I had a beautiful new roof. We only wanted them to come out and see if our church needed a new roof. They found hail damage that we didn’t know we had. Also when they were pulling shingles off the steeple they found rotten wood and layers of shingles from previous jobs, they didn’t hesitate to call and let us know what we were facing. Michael and his team did a fine job. We are very pleased with our new roof.
Premiere Roofing Services went way above and beyond expectations. They quickly and professionally repaired the metal roof that someone else improperly installed, on time and on budget. Then, when the roof developed a leak which had nothing to do with their work, they fixed it on a Sunday and with very short notice. Awesome!
Scott did an amazing job, will recommend anyone that needs their roofing replaced. After a big storm, we had some damage that needed immediate replacement, although he was very busy, he accommodated us and fit us into a tight schedule. He explained everything promptly and amazing work. Very affordable too!
Easter 2020 we had bad storms/tornados here in the Chattanooga area, we were blessed and only had minor damages compared to many homes. I called multiple roofers for estimates. Some roofers wanted a 50 dollar inspection fee (scam), and others said they would come out, (NO SHOWS), one other roof came and never would give me a quote in writing. Scott from Premiere Roofing was on time (Actually called to see if he could arrive earlier), did the inspection. Offered and recommended he would be here when the pre-adjuster would come from the insurance company. (this was my first claim ever) Scott got on the roof with the pre-adjuster to assist in pointing out the wind and hail damage. Shortly after that call from the adjuster wanting to “buy” half the roof. Scott was always available to take my calls/texts as needed to assist as much as he could, after years of roofing experience and previous experience as an adjuster his “eyes” saw wind/hail damage on the whole roof. Scott talked with the adjuster and came back out to take more detailed pictures of the damage and send to the adjuster. After this the adjuster called me back and offered to “buy” the whole roof. Then after that Scott promptly brought by the physical shingle color samples for our family to pick out. (so if you had been counting Scott has been out to our house 4 times now). Scott did not make me sign a contract on the first visit like the other roofers did, after picking out the color I signed off on the online quote he provided via email (PDF you sign via your smart phone or computer), seeing a roofer use technology to help the customer and the efficacy of his business is a breath of fresh air. Now to the actual day of roofing, the shingles and roofers showed up at 7:00 AM Monday morning and put in a good 11.5-hour day. They had the old roof/sheeting removed in 2 hours flat. They even brought in a piece of plywood in case my decking needed a piece replaced (forward thinking just in case), my decking was in great shape and it was not needed, but great to have something and not need, then need it and not have it. The crew was very friendly and professional, they swept the yard multiple, multiple times for roofing nails and debris. They used tarps to “catch” most all the roofing material to lessen the chance of nails in the yard. Also they put in correct ridge vents where my original ones were little short of the required length. (Most roofers in my experience don’t even try in my experience). I think working with any contractor a key piece for me is communication, and doing what you say you would, when you said you would do it. Scott and premiere roofing delivered on this and the roof is looking great. We had multiple questions though the process of shingle/metal, shingle brand, warranty, Scott with his roofing knowledge had good answers and was a “straight shooter”. I would not hesitate to call Premiere Roofing and let them provide your family or business a good quality roof and a competitive price. I hardly ever leave any reviews, but I felt strongly enough about this to leave one and I hope it helps you and your family. Thanks

Scott came out, gave us a fair estimate and answered all the questions I could come up with. They were a little backlogged because of all the rain we have had but they came out and got us fixed up. We will also be using them for the gutter when we replace them. Thanks for the help Scott!
They contacted me back the same day I called. Came out the following day, and had the quote ready that evening. They weren’t the cheapest but fair and no where near the highest. The quote was typed, easy to read, they answered any questions. They stayed in contact while I was getting other quotes and were patient and not pushy. They came out and my roof done in between major rain storms and made sure they kept me inform. Excellent workmanship, they put in a full day, got my old roof remove and replaced, sealed up and came out after the rain to finish a few details. In my opinion this is the best company for roofing. They didn’t do a bunch of extras unnecessary work that other companies tell you need to have a beautiful, functional and quality roof.

Thought I had hoke in roof at ridge cap. Michael came out and performed an inspection. Determined light shining in was from under ridge cap. Got a ball park est on replacement. I will be using them in 3 yrs GREAT JOB

When we wanted to have our front deck covered and screened in, we made the mistake of having a pair of handymen do the job, rather than a construction contractor. They did a pretty good job of building the additional roof, enclosing the deck, and installing screens, but they didn't lay the new shingles properly to ensure that they wouldn't leak. When we had heavy rain, there were drips and runnels of water coming out of the eaves under the new roof section. Michael Hartgraves from Premiere Roofing Services came out right at the appointed time, and quickly identified the problem. He determined what was needed to repair the roof, and emailed me an estimate on the spot. It required tearing off the existing shingles, putting down underlayment, including waterproof membrane along the valleys where the two sections of roof joined, then laying new shingles from the peak to the front of the house. We were so well impressed with his professionalism that we canceled an appointment with another roofer to evaluate our problem. The next week, Michael's crew came right at the appointed time and did the whole job in half a day. They brought a large high sided trailer to haul off the removed materials, and left no debris behind. We've had some heavy rain storms since then, and there were no leaks at all. Premiere Roofing Services is a very professional and reliable company. I highly recommend them for any roofing need.
We developed a small roof leak after a storm. Michael came out and did an evaluation of the roof and extent of the issue. He was communicative, professional and thorough in his evaluation of the roof age and condition. He is a professional in every sense of the word.
Premiere Roofing is a small town roofing contractor with a big ability to do it right the first time. My roof was a 14 year old 3-tab shingle roof. I contacted my insurance company (USAA) who promptly sent out an adjuster to quote the job. Once I had the quote in hand, of the six area roofing contractors I contacted, Premiere not only offered the best price, but was the most thorough and was able to promptly answer any and all questions I have. On the day of the job, a seven man crew was at my house at just before 8 am and they stayed until around 6 pm. The entire old roof was removed down to the plywood, and a brand new, architectural shingle roof system was installed. The crew was extremely efficient, professional, and most of all, clean. After the entire job, I have yet to find any remnants of the old roof or leftover debris from the job. A final inspection was performed today, and as expected, it was a job very well done. The entire experience from start to finish has been very positive, and from the time I contacted USAA to inquire about a new roof to the time of the final inspection of the completed roof, it has been less than two months (and any delays were due to my own personal schedule). For anyone looking for a residential roof job for a great price, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and a flexible time frame, I strongly recommend Premiere Roofing Services.

I found this company through google review. Monday I called to see when they could look at roof. Sky was very nice while discussing schedule.Tuesday Michael came. He was kind, informative, helped me understand things well, and the cost was half the price I was quoted by others! He told me he would contact me soon. He called me the next day to say they were getting the job done that day! I had to get 6 flashings replaced. I really just needed one but I had already decided to get all addressed. Michael was not once pushy about trying to sale me more than needed. Not even about when to get payment. I'm thankful and blessed there are folks out there that help like him and his team. They do as good a job as anyone else and don't charge you ridiculous amount. Thank yall so much! God bless yall!
